Location:

Zoom Video Conferencing

Session Description:
This 45-minute presentation, followed by a 15-minute Q&A, is a great introduction to Countway Library, located on the Harvard Longwood Campus. The library’s mission is to cultivate and advance education, research, scholarship and professional growth in the health and biomedical sciences by facilitating access to scholarly information and knowledge, preserving a historical record, and creating a stimulating and synergistic setting for intellectual growth. This presentation will highlight various resources available to faculty, students, and staff. These include traditional resources (print and online books and serials), Open Science, sharing research data and publishing options, and Research resources, Instruction, and Reference Resources. In addition, faculty will learn about accessing library services, classes, and events, as well as the Center for the History of Medicine and the Warren Anatomical Museum.

We encourage attendees to review our website before arriving to better facilitate engagement and allow more time to ask questions. https://countway.harvard.edu/
