Session Description:
This 40-minute presentation, followed by a 10-minute Q&A, is a great introduction to the Office for Diversity, Inclusion and Community Partnership at Harvard Medical School. This presentation will highlight various programming and engagement opportunities through efforts that support the career development of junior faculty and fellows; train leaders in academic medicine and health policy; address crucial pipeline issues, and sponsor awards and recognitions that reinforce behaviors and practices that are supportive of diversity, inclusion, mentoring, and faculty.
We encourage attendees to review our website before arriving to better facilitate engagement and allow more time to ask questions. https://dicp.hms.harvard.edu/
