Open recruitment brings outstanding current and future leaders to Harvard. The excellence of the Faculty of Medicine relies on identifying a broad pool of candidates and evaluating them through a rigorous, unbiased process. ##  Faculty Search Portal (FSP) 

The [Faculty Search Portal](https://facultysearchportal.hms.harvard.edu/) is a user-friendly Salesforce tool for managing faculty searches at all ranks - including instructor, assistant, associate, and full professor. All faculty searches for hospital-based faculty **must** be documented in the FSP. Features include:

- Document upload (e.g., proof of advertisement)
- Applicant tracking
- End-of-search report generation
