The Faculty Search Portal is an important tool that enables users to manage, conduct, and review searches for faculty at all ranks, i.e. instructors, assistant professors, associate professors and full professors, within an easy-to-use Salesforce Application. It provides enhanced functionalities to users, such as the ability to generate downloadable end of search reports, the ability to upload and attach proof of advertisement and other relevant imaging, as well as data aggregation and visualization capabilities, which report on diversity tracking and additional key data markers.

In addition to placing a national advertisement in at least one journal for 30 days, we strongly recommend also placing ads in locations that target women and minorities underrepresented in medicine.  The following guide is a resource for search committees:
