The Promotion Profile Library provides the most up-to-date promotion metrics for the Faculty of Medicine across pathways and ranks, along with guidance on optional significant supporting activities. These documents are designed to help faculty understand expectations, assess readiness, and strategically plan for advancement. We encourage faculty and mentors to use this library, along with Section 6 in the Faculty Handbook, as a reference when preparing for promotion.
