Open recruitment brings outstanding current and future leaders to Harvard. The excellence of the Faculty of Medicine relies on identifying a broad pool of candidates and evaluating them through a rigorous, unbiased process. Faculty Search Portal (FSP)

The Faculty Search Portal is a user-friendly Salesforce tool for managing faculty searches at all ranks - including instructor, assistant, associate, and full professor. All faculty searches for hospital-based faculty must be documented in the FSP. Features include:

Document upload (e.g., proof of advertisement)
Applicant tracking
End-of-search report generation
